Honeycomb Bones is an interesting sound that combines some psych, blues, punk, rock, and dance? in a simple hooky fuzz party that will remind you of a heavier more produced electro version of Woven Bones(Jesus and Mary Chain pt 2..or 3..maybe a few more than that). The first track, Jackdaw, takes a second to get into, but once you get the feel it goes down pretty smooth and you'll have no problem swallowing the other three tracks right down. No spitting. Artificial Sweetener, the third track, has downright groove. Some of you may find The Chain Gang of 1974 to be similar...but not as good as this. Looking for some SxSW worthy electro-fied garage rock?... take a listen and buy some stuff....or somethin'.
